My name is Heather Stephan, CMT; I am certified by the state of California as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator, and am also a Certified Herbalist. I graduated from National Holistic Institute right here in Sacramento. I have always been drawn to holistic health practices in order to improve health and harmony within the body. I am trained in numerous massage modalities, I also have a wide range of knowledge of herbs and aromatherapy and my passion is to integrate them all in order to enrich wellness! My journey has brought me to a place in life that I want to share my knowledge in order to aid others in improving their bodies, minds, and spirits!
