My name is Heather Stephan, CMT. I have been in practice for over 10 years. I am a graduate of the 900 hour program at National Holistic Institute here in Sacramento. I am certified by the state of California as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator, and am also a Certified Herbalist. I have always been drawn to holistic health practices in order to improve wellbeing and harmony within the body. I am trained in numerous massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Myofacial Massage. I specialize in customizing a blend of deep tissue and myofascial therapy to treat chronic pain or sports related injuries. I also focus on improving mobility, decreasing pain, and lymphatic drainage on clients who have experienced chronic illness or injury. I prefer to personalize each massage to each clients specific needs. This is why you will find I have very condensed pricing, I keep it simple.
